Both my husband and I have had a pleasant experience at the Thomasville Rd location. Friendly staff who care about you and very accommodating.
Tiffany was so kind when I called to schedule my first appointment with them. She was very thorough and answered almost all my questions before I even had to ask. Great customer service!

The worst experience ever. Cant get anyone on phone when you call. Was told I would be out asleep. Didn't find out till Dr came in they weren't even with clearance letter. Sent me home with dentures falling down and not staying up. I told them and they still sent me home. Go to any location but this. 11,000 dollars and extremely unhappy.

I would give zero stars if possible. Very unprofessional, uncaring, very expensive and more concerned about financing options, poor availability, rude, and the dentist himself reprimanded his employees in front of everyone including other patients. Never going back.
