Went to this dentist for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. As a first time client, I was able to schedule my first appointment on the next day which was Friday. At this appointment they took a-rays and discussed my care plan with me. The cleaning appointment was scheduled the following Wednesday. This is the first time I felt comfortable in a dentist office. I felt welcomed and very special from the time I walked in. Trez was GREAT! He explain everything he was doing and he kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. He is such a nice, sweet and knowledgeable young man. My wisdom tooth was broken, gums were swollen, and I was in really bad pain. I walked in on 7/10/24 and their amazing team took care of me just like that. Great customer service from everyone, kind and polite. I was extremely satisfied with getting my tooth pulled and with my overall experience. Thank you Aspen Dental-Tallahassee North. Great job.
Was a great dental experience. Had my first checkup in over 10 years. Megan did a great job on my cleaning. And had a tooth extracted. They were able to do everything in a few hours. Highly recommend this great dental group. Glad to be under their care now.
