Walked in with a tooth ache and walked out wondering why I didn't come in sooner. Dr. Cruz extracted my wisdom tooth lickety split. The whole procedure from start to finish was fast and completely painless! Highly recommend Aspen Dental. If your teeth are giving you the blues, go see Dr. Cruz.
Most of the employees were nice. The young lady that did my ex rays wasn't very friendly and welcoming but after talking with Nicole and Mr. Cruz I felt alittle better about my visit and will be definitely coming back. They was very helpful and welcoming and I do highly recommend 😊.
The staff excellent customer service very patient and listen to my concerns. The dentist is very friendly with the expertise to put you on the right path with the work needed to have teeth in your mouth long term. I do believe this have been the best service.
The front desk receptionist was very kind,polite and helpful. The 2 Nurse assistance (please forgive me for getting names) was very patient and gentle helpful.And Ms.Leti Ortez was very patient with helping to get settle with financial assistance. And Dr.Cruz,Lorenzo was excellent in his procedure in taken care of my extractions. I would recommend Aspen Dental and Dr.Cruz and crew to Any and everyone. Thanks you all you're the best in my opinion and personal experience with y'all. Regards
The medical staff here are excellent, which is why I gave two stars. However, the billing department and office staff have been extremely difficult to deal with. I received dental services on 6/11 and 6/12, and even after the billing office confirmed they received the explanation of payment from my insurance, I have still not been refunded the money owed to me.
