Walked in with a tooth ache and walked out wondering why I didn't come in sooner. Dr. Cruz extracted my wisdom tooth lickety split. The whole procedure from start to finish was fast and completely painless! Highly recommend Aspen Dental. If your teeth are giving you the blues, go see Dr. Cruz.
The front desk receptionist was very kind,polite and helpful. The 2 Nurse assistance (please forgive me for getting names) was very patient and gentle helpful.And Ms.Leti Ortez was very patient with helping to get settle with financial assistance. And Dr.Cruz,Lorenzo was excellent in his procedure in taken care of my extractions. I would recommend Aspen Dental and Dr.Cruz and crew to Any and everyone. Most of the employees were nice. The young lady that did my ex rays wasn't very friendly and welcoming but after talking with Nicole and Mr. Cruz I felt alittle better about my visit and will be definitely coming back. They was very helpful and welcoming and I do highly recommend 😊.
This portion of the review was written 2 months before my most recent appointment at Aspen Dental on 09/10/25. I have been to many dental offices in my lifetime and this Aspen Dental location is hands down the best! I would recommend this team to my family and friends a hundred times over. The staff is so friendly and professional. My teeth have never looked and felt better now under the care of this amazing team. I also love my Motto aligners for being effective and affordable. The staff excellent customer service very patient and listen to my concerns. The dentist is very friendly with the expertise to put you on the right path with the work needed to have teeth in your mouth long term. I do believe this have been the best service.
