I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bratanava! She is professional, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office is welcoming and the staff is kind, making the whole visit stress-free. I left feeling confident about my dental care and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Bratanava to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!🦷
I can't say enough about Dr B and the rest of the staff here. Dr B is exceptional and every staff member that I have dealt with there over the last 2 years. From every hygienist dental assistant other Dr's, Courtney out front. I am not naming everybody but the whole staff is an absolute pleasure. I have recommended this office to my own mother and would certainly recommend them to anyone else. I have nothing but the highest regard for them and their work.
The lady dentist, Dr. Bratanava, is extremely condescending and rude. I had questions and she waved them away and gave me so much attitude. I don’t know how she was hired in the first place if that’s how she treats her patients. If this is how Aspen is hiring they need to seriously reconsider how and who they hire. The dental assistant told me 3 people quit in less than a month… that tells me all I need to know about this location. Definitely not the best place to be a patient or an employee. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office before. So friendly,and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommend Derry's Aspen Dental for all your dental need's
I would like to say , I had excellent treatment from the Derry,N.H. office. From Jodi, to Maycee, to Dr. Bratanava. I was basically a walk -in. Jodi was so nice getting me set up on the tablet to explaining the prices. Maybe helped with the x-rays to helping the doctor. She was so sweet and kept me informed on how long the doctor would be. The the Dr. Was great and gentle. Gave me a thought about dentures even though I went in there not wanting them. So now I guess I'll be saving some money.
