Wonderful experience and I normally hate the dentist. They were very thorough, explained the treatment plan. Overall I loved the experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. They explained everything in detail and asked me if I had questions which I thought was nice because some dentists just say and do. I have already recommended them to my family members.
Check in was easy . Was taken in and immediately looked at by assistant and followed up by Doctor. Manager was accommodating and was happy with the experience. I was not impressed by the fill in doctor . I wasn’t able to understand his explanation of my procedure and he was quick in removing my teeth . Hopefully this was a one time situation.
Someone who has a fear of the dentist just stepping in the door was an accomplishment. I was greeted by the lady at the desk and taken to the back for X-rays. The tech was great! After completion I met with the dentist explain my issues and Dr. Jaeger was awesome! Understanding, caring, and informative…we came up with a great plan on getting my oral health back to where it needs to be.
I’m glad I FINALLY made an appointment to visit Aspen Dental. From intake through the scheduling of a follow up appointment, the process facilitated by the staff was effortless. The dental assistant and dentist were extremely welcoming, explaining each step of the process and responsive to questions that I asked. This is a 21st Century establishment with a family-friendly appeal.
I spent a wonderful few hours with the Aspen crew of young intelligent professionals. Dr.Steve seems like an fantastic addition to the community and I will recommend this young man to all the people I know. I have full faith that he will fix me up. All the ladies were extremely caring and knowledgeable and happy. I truly am encouraged and I look forward to smile much more.
