I was sent to the wrong location by the receptionist. Then once seen for a broken tooth they did not provide any relief just two bill options with no solution to the pain. The dentist was amazing and the staff wasn’t bad but they need to find a more fluid way of doing business that makes more sense, if someone comes in for pain, they should not leave with pain and still a broken tooth. My experience today with Dr. A was wonderful. I have always been nervous about being at the dentist. Dr. A made me feel comfortable and confident in his expertise. He was thorough with my dental plan, and detailed with his work. He is now my new dentist. Thank you Dr. A
Great experience at Aspen Dental mind you this is my first time getting fitted for teeth. I have a big fear of the Dentist but I was very comfortable with the entire staff every single thing was explained to me before they did anything. Christina presented you with a warm welcoming and bubbly smile first thing in the morning. Dr. IJ was magnificent , professional detailed , patient and kind. I'm disabled but they were very helpful and patient. The entire staff from receptionist to hygienist and doctors were excellent and transparent which I appreciate and respect. It was my first visit but it won't be my last. I decided to go with them for my dental implants.
I went in for a new patient consult and maybe schedule a cleaning. After filling out the info form, there was little interest in dental hygiene. Admittedly I will need a treatment plan, but the staff there treated it as if I were buying a new car, complete with treatments that were never mentioned in the consult. Rather than working with my insurance to space out treatments based on priority of need, they went to a complete redesign of my entire mouth.
