The staff was very friendly however the dentist barley looked at my teeth said I didn't have cavities instead wanted to replace all my silver filings and give my a root canal and 4 crowns costing over 8k. Mind you I only went for a cleaning then was charged up front for services I hadn't received yet, on a card they pushed for
PLEASE BE AWARE! I went in to have a check up to see if I'd like to become a patient with the office. For someone who doesn't have any cavities and no major dental work needed (and who has good dental insurance) they first presented me with a dental "treatment plan" that was for $25,000. When I told them I was appalled they then "lowered" it to $8,000 and then suddenly to $800 (my copay they said) for a cleaning only. Do NOT go to them. Be aware!

Humana one dental informed me by letter that my current provider in Port Saint Lucie, no longer supports my 550C plan. I swallowed a crown on Friday, so I went to the Human one website to see if there are any Human one 550C providers in my area of Okeechobee. Humana One website indicated the new Aspen Dental that recently opened near Home Depot in Okeechobee accepts 550C plan as well as others, so I transferred my plan, which I have had for 14 years to the local Aspen Dental in Okeechobee. I went in when they first open and they told me the same think plus, they ended up wanting to charge me 9966.00 and my part would be around 6663.60, I got so up set and they didnt understand why, Then I went to Anchor and I love this place , the Dr at Anchor is great and I didnt even need the deep cleaning, and when I get finished with my dental I will owe like a lil less than 300.00, I Do HAVE PAPERS IN HAND TI PROVE WHAT I HAVE SAID ABOUT ASPEN .I had to really pray hard about this company making me so mad, So try to get i... read more
