I walked in need of a cleaning. 3 women were huddled around the reception desk. Another 2 ordering lunch. Total of 6 women in the reception area. It was awkward and unwelcoming. I asked for prices for cleaning and if they had a new patient special(none). The receptionist refused to provide any prices. First and last time in an Aspen dental! I do not recommend for humans in need of a cleaning, paying with cash.

This is the best experience I’ve had in over 60 years. They did such a wonderful job explaining everything that Dennis came in explained and showed they just didn’t put you in. Say OK it’s gonna cost you this much. They explained everything to you procedures are gonna go, but you’ll get teeth in one day Now I just have to find a way to pay for it, but I would tell anyone to go there. Very nice people.

I had my teeth pulled with no problem , however the dentures were terrible, the temporary ones gagged me , too large I assume not to mention they would not stay in my mouth. Had them adjusted 7 times with no help. They kept saying when you get the permanent set it will be better , no they are not, these have been adjusted and have rubbed sores in my mouth. I have been without teeth since December. I am so disappointed. Where the adjusted and grinded on the dentures they are now so thin you can see through them.

At first they were amazing at filling my tooth I had a cavity in….. a few days after the procedure I had to go back to get it re filled because it started to get discolored. Which that didn’t bother me you know, that could happen to anyone but it was until I asked about retainers to get my teeth straightened up and get rid of my spacing. Okeechobee Fl office: Very prompt attention to my needs in a dental emergency and awesome communication when setting up the rest of my treatment plan. Office and dental staff went above and beyond what I expected. Office manager was very knowledgeable about my insurance ( Humana) and helped me get immediate financing for the small amount my insurance didn’t cover.
