I had such a great first visit here. Every single person was so kind and helpful. The office lobby and bathroom were spotless. I was a little anxious bringing my (very well behaved) 4 year old but the ladies at check in immediately interacted with her and created such a welcoming environment. I’m going back next week to get some work done but really impressed with the first visit!!
One of my least favorite things to do is go to the dentist. Today, my experience at the Brookhaven Aspen was amazing. I was met with kindness and patience. My concerns were heard and the process was so comfortable. They were thorough and gentle and set me up with a plan that will get me to where I want to be. They seem passionate about their job and the patient. 5 stars all day!!
Less than two weeks ago, I had a consultation for the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I was made to wait almost 40 minutes past my appointment time to get X-rays and schedule my surgery. On the day of my surgery, unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes after my appointment time, only to be told that the surgeon had already left and they couldn’t attend to me. One of the best Dentist I’ve ever been to everybody in the office is so friendly and helpful. The Dentist herself is unbelievably nice very kind considerate just something you don’t see a lot anymore, they stand behind their work and make sure you’re happy before you leave the office. I tell everybody I know when they ask if i know of a good dentist. I tell them go to Aspen Dental. In Brookhaven PA and no one has ever regretted it
Everyone is so nice and friendly in the office. I was very nervous for the work I needed, but everyone made me feel comfortable and it took less time than I thought! Glad to have found a place I feel comfortable
