I must say that the staff at Aspen has been top tier. I only rated them a 4 because I have had some issues with my billing. However, they are working on getting that corrected and I trust them to do so. The dentist, assistants and hygienist are very friendly and goes above and beyond to explain to me the procedures they are performing. If it wasn't for the billing issue, I would definitely give them a 5.

Dr Travis is the best dentist I have ever had. Her staff are great too. Beth the hygienist is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Her assistant Danielle is also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Travis and her staff to everybody.

my last visit to Aspen dental was really positive. I came in to get a crown which was quick and simple. after the crown a had to schedule my next cleaning. I talked with Iesha and the level of detail she went through just to accommodate my greatly appreciated. she was so nice just went the extra mile to take of my needs.

I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I paid in advance for services as part of my treatment plan that was estimated that my insurance wouldn't cover. After my first visit I was not impressed but decided to give them another try since I had prepaid for my services. After my next visit I knew this was not a place I wanted to continue my services. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! The staff over the phone and in clinic constantly give false information and no accountability is given. There are several dental providers and facilities in the Hattiesburg area that provides exceptional care and dental services and this place is not it!
