arrived for my 11:30 a.m. dental appointment at 11:32 a.m. After checking in and paying for my visit, I was told that the hygienist had already left for lunch. Instead of honoring my scheduled appointment, I was told I could either wait until the hygienist returned or leave. When I requested a refund, I was informed it would take 7–10 days to process.
