I drove to 3 different offices that claimed they took walk ins just to say the earliest they had would be 1pm.. it was between 830a-950a. I was having an emergency! Aspen took me in as a new patient in less than a 10 min wait and treated me for a reasonable price! Will definitely be my new dental home. All staff were professional and had great attitudes. Special shout out to Bri & Dr.Chen!
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Kaycee, my hygienist, did an amazing job—she was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Krystle, the operations manager, went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable throughout the process. Both of them made my visit stress-free and positive. Highly recommend Aspen Dental if you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their patients!
I've been here several times everyone ve ry Friendly.Love the Dentist excellent had f i l l i n g today. He did a beautiful job the filling was not on top of the teeth it was in front and side of the teeth the finished job for that tooth was absolutely beautiful. I'm very very satisfied with the work of this dentist several months ago he made a partial for me excellent job also. If they ever need dental work to come to this Aspen location in Rosenberg on Reading Road.
My experience at Aspen Dental was Amazing! Dr. Chan and his staff (Kaycee, Krystle, and Maira) was exceptionally courteous, they provided excellent quality care, thorough explanations on the everything that would take place at the appointment. I was anxious when I got there, but talking with them before and during my procedures brought comfort. I didn’t have to wait long. I had such a great experience with this team! Daniele was so understanding and really helped me create a plan for my payments, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Kaycee is honestly the best hygienist I’ve ever had – she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the cleaning. And Dr. Chan has truly wonderful hands; the care and precision he puts into his work made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for this amazing team and highly recommend them!
