If you have two insurances they will take advantage of every thing they can charge you even you do not ask for. I was even charged for water to wash uot my mouth which insurance would not pay .would give a 0 if possible .wanted to change a deep cleaning to a regular cleaning and they refused so I canceled everything I was going to have done.

I reviewed all the reviews they have, looks like they are looking for excuses to kick out medicaid patients. the doctor literally told someone he wouldn't make money off her insurance ... what ???? Would not recommend. Sent me a text on Friday, I have an appointment the following Monday. They say issues with billing plan is active but not attached to account. They provided me with the #.
