I was so impressed with this staff! Each person was professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. What an amazing team! I felt like everyone truly cared about my oral health and I was so touched. Thank you Aspen Dental!
I have to say this is probably the best experience I have had at a dentist office, the lady who called me to the back, Allyson very professional and informative, Dr. Chen who was easy to talk to and took care of my issues very quickly, not to mention telling me how my next visit would go. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. They put up with me and my anxious thoughts over the past year. It gets better each time I go it is easier to go back now that I am use to the people and feel more comfortable.
Not very happy or pleased with the scheduling policies or procedures. The dental staff and Dr are very professional and provide excellent care. However, the front desk staff and trying to get a timely appointment as a new client (and cleaning) took almost 4 months and a bit misleading. After the new client appointment was complete, only to find out after appointment that I had to wait another month before I could get a cleaning. There’s a large staff but apparently only 1 dental hygienist.
They are wonderful! If I could give them a 10 stars I would. I didn't have an appointment because it was an emergency, to me at least but they treated me and assisted me with an appointment as quickly as they could. Many businesses could take a lesson from the people that were working today. Top notch professionals!
