It is well organized dentist office.. calling and making appointments, changing appointments if necessary are super easy and Jen at the front desk is very professional , friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance deductibles etc… Also Marlo is the best Hygienist!!! Below this is after 3 months cleaning review; Just visited RDH Marlo for my regular cleaning routine, she does absolutely amazing job. I just never met anyone in dental office that take her/his job this serious. I will always come back here for her !
I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Rivercity Marketplace! Everyone from the front office, finance, the dental assistant s, the dentist could not have been more pleasant. I've not had much done yet but we are working on it. I was so nervous going in but they made my visit comfortable. I'm even excited to go back and get this work started!
I moved to Jax from Miami and needed a new dentist. I scheduled an appointment here and arrived more than an hour early (my girlfriend had an appointment an hour before me). We told them that we had separate insurance, and they had us fill out paperwork accordingly. Afterward, another employee told my girlfriend that my insurance didn't have her listed. Staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I never once felt self conscious, at all, during the appointment and they made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist office.
I will say it is very expensive for some things even with insurance. That being said I feel like that is mostly because of the cost of living now in 2024. Needless to say, the money has been worth it. So far I've had 2 cleanings, 3 root canals, 3 crowns a filling and an exam, multiple X-rays. So far the team has done a remarkable job and are very good at what they do. I still have 3 or 4 root canals and crowns and about 4 fillings and an extra room that is scheduled for the next week but so far the work has been wonderful. T... read more
