I give two stars because you have to give credit where it is due. 2 stars because the place is clean, and they have 3 dogs roaming around the office freely and I am a huge dog lover so brownie points for that. But left out three stars due to the of scope practice being performed here. So I came in for an exam and X rays. It had been SEVERAL years since stepping into a Dentist Office, and with my own knowledge—I knew it was going to be somewhat of a “rough” visit. Everyone made everything perfectly clear to discuss my upcoming plan and procedure to get on a better path of hygiene health. Looking forward to my upcoming appointments as everyone already seems nice and open.
This was my first visit with Aspen Dental on Mcknight Rd. All of the employees were so polite and kind to me. Very professional and knowledgeable. The Dr. spent time with me explaining the dental care i will be having done in the near future. I know without a doubt that i am in good hands. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The environment was inviting and they have special puppy nurses to assist too! They also have a lot of flexibility in payment which is so valuable with inflation being what it is. I also appreciated how even when they explained complex medical terms they made it easy to understand and made me feel involved in my treatment.
Only reason I am giving any stars is because they were able to get my husband in for an emergency appointment. Other than that this place is horrible. He was in pain and instead of trying to relieve his pain they made it worse. He knew which tooth was causing pain because it had cracked. They were more concerned about cosmetic procedures so he sat there for an hour in excruciating pain while they poked and did 5 million x-rays and then finally told him it would cost $6000.00 and he would have to make another appointment!
