Had a great experience yesterday working with office manager Christina, assistant Tammy and Dr. Baht. Going to the dentist usually sucks!
So who likes going to the dentist anyway? ??? But I must say the crew at Aspen dental is incredible!!! Very caring people there from the front counter check in through billing....yes I said billing...... right through to the dentist and all staff members and assistants.They all were great!! Throughout the entire process they have been there no matter how many times I had to call for adjustments to a major makeover, they basically said come on in and I've never waited more than 8 minutes to be called in !!! I love the entire staff at Aspen Dental:) I hate the dentist but the girls at the counter made everything so simple. It was an awesome experience to work with Felicia:) she made the whole scary process, not so scary. She was so sweet and put all my troubles to rest. Never going anywhere else again!!
I was a new patinet a few months ago at this aspen location. I was very impressed with the care and service the entire team gives their patients. All of my questions were answered in a way i could understand them. I will recommend this
The only thing I can say about Aspen Dental is I have never been in a Dental office where the whole entire staff goes above & beyond their jobs it's more like family there from the time you walk in till the time you leave. their the same
