Refused service.
Aspen dental Alcoa Tennessee. Charging 28 dollars for a small tube of toothpaste, 40 dollars for a bottle of mouthwash selling elsewhere OTC for 10 dollars. They will refuse to clean your teeth if you refuse to buy add on services and products that are overpriced. I am not the only person they have refused to serve.
Saw dentist for less than 5 minutes. Was talking with office manager and had additional questions but when she went to talk to dentist he had left. It wasn't even time for them to close yet. It was like he was in a hurry to leave. Poor customer service.
Would never go back! Worse place for anyone to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone after what they done to me! Horrible horrible horrible place!!! Pulled 3 teeth left 8 broke off down in the gum. Did not even try & help with getting oral surgeon! This place is for the birds!!!
