I went to the Alcoa TN location for a second opinion. I ended up giving them my business because they were honest and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Jerin the hygienist was so nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entirety of both of my visits. Cheryl, the office manager made me feel so welcome as well and comfortable. I felt at home. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist. They genuinely care for their patients and it definitely shows. I've already recommended Aspen to several people.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Dentist made sure teeth fit so a return trip would not be necessary. Only negative comment is it was too cold in the room.
Everyone was great. Very pleasant, all employees were very helpful in explaining in detail any questions I had. They took time to be informative and didn't make a person feel rushed.
The staff and doctors with Aspen Dental at the Alcoa clinic were so professional and courteous and I was impressed with the office features. I made another cleaning appointment in 6 months. A definite plus for dental health
