Rather upset with the service. I went in around 2 to 3 weeks ago specifically pointing out pain on my back left molar. They told me that I need my wisdom teeth taken out which is valid I’ve heard that before. Well guess what? I spent $2700 and got them out and I’m still experiencing the same pain on the exact same tooth that I described to multiple people that saw me. I’m Devastated RIGHT NOW!!!! THIS WAS BEFORE I went the one with my Grand Daughter and I just went for a Reline! I BELIEVE it will be the last time I feel Beautiful in my life…. I’ve not had any pain with my Dentures in Months I didn’t go today for Pain Simply for REline!!!!
My friend had an overly priced procedure done at this location and has now found that she is being charged TWICE for it. In this economy, this is unacceptable. We need to do be advocating for our communities, not over charging them for essential dental work 😔
NEVER BRING YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONE to this Aspen Dental. They attempted to convince/take advantage of them by pushing, (not suggesting, pushing is the correct word), a $4,000 procedure that was not at all needed. Considering the price of the procedure, we decided to get a few more professional opinions before we made a decision at Aspen. We saw two additional dentists. They were thorough. I have had such an AMAZING experience with the aspen dental in Alcoa, TN!! The previous dental place I went to for my dentures was absolutely horrendous.. Aspen was a complete 180 difference!! This place.. everyone first off as soon as I walked in was soooo welcoming and kind, when I went back all of my concerns were addressed, they listened to everything I said, they took their time to address all my needs, they booked my appointments as soon as possible, you can just tell they truly cared and was not just in it for the mon... read more
