I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was a very pleasant experience. The surgeon and staff were friendly and explained the whole procedure to me. I was done in under an hour! I was able to get my medications sent to a pharmacy and filled in a timely manner, as well. Only thing to mention is that the surgeon is at the clinic once a month so scheduling may be an issue for some people if that doesn’t fit their timeline.
Only issue I had was wait time,, other than that; the dental hygienist & dentist were Very friendly, caring! Radiologist & the young lady at the end that helped wth the insurance were also friendly! Plan to come back! Thank you!!
DO NOT GO! They only want your money. If zero stars was an option that would be the rating. I went in for a cleaning. I spent over an hour there and NEVER got my teeth cleaned. They took over a dozen X-rays. The dentist saw me for less than five minutes. They told me I have gingivitis so bad it is almost irreversible, three fillings, a crown that needs to be done, and it will cost $2K out of pocket to fix it all. I am very happy with my first contact at Aspen Dental. They worked me in on Saturday as I had a tooth ache. They quickly determined it had to be pulled and It was done two days later. Everything was very professional and done in a business like matter. I would rate them very high.
This is honestly the worst experience I have had at a dental office, and I am generally a nice and understanding person. However, I scheduled an appointment for a wisdom teeth removal consultation for 1:30 PM. I showed up at 1:20 PM and completed paperwork and sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes (2:00PM) without being called back.
