The staff was so compassionate as I battled PTSD throughout the visit. From the first phone call, until I left the building with an attainable plan, I felt nothing but kindness, gentleness, and compassion. I felt safe, listened to, and respected at all times. I can not thank you all enough for giving me time to wipe a tear, take a breath, and move forward through this visit. I am looking forward to a beautiful restored smile! I highly recommend this office. Thank you.

My poor rating pertains to the Office Manager, My family and I will never return to Aspen for services because of her. Billing and claims have been a nightmare, she is very reassuring and sweet -says not to worry it’s “normal” for billing to take so long and to run into issues (a year this has been going on) she does not follow through, does not provide insurance companies required information and lies about doing so. As soon as I am done with the billing mess-up I am currently experiencing (AGAIN) I will be done with Aspen. This "dental office" is a joke, and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. If you want to hear about them as you are thinking of utilizing their services, message me. I may change your mind.

Everyone was nice at this office, although when I arrived for a 4:30 Appt, I was told the appointment was at 4 and I should have been there at 3:45 and they didn't think I would be able to be seen, because I was late. All the info I received told me the appt was at 4:30 and I can prove it. They did take me in, though. I was somewhat disappointed in the length of time it will take to receive my dentures. It took my husband 3 hours to have a 1hour procedure done, and the temporary cap that was supposed to last for three weeks didn't even last 3 days! He is up set with the whole situation.
I have had this dentist for about 2 years now. I just got a phone call telling me the hygienist isn't in on Monday's for my appointment. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Then she tells me they aren scheduling till fall. I flipped out and said never mind I've had it with Aspen. This appoint was scheduled 6 months ago at my last appointment. This is the second time Aspen Dental has let me down. Had an issue with them last August and they sent an apology letter and asked me to give them another chance. I drive from Searsport to Bangor today for a 9:30 appt. and at 10:30 I still hadn't been seen by the dentist. I walked out at that point. Apparently customer service means nothing to this outfit.
