Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam. I had thought I had found a good place to go but when you are having a problem they schedule you 2 months out.Then cancel less than a week to your appointment. Just to schedule another month because of training. Training days should already be blocked off. Really going to rethink this. Already being a client you shouldn't be treated this way.

It is impossible to reach them on the telephone. They canceled my appointment at the last minute and then made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. They charged me for services which were covered by my insurance, and if I hadn’t read my benefits statement I would’ve been out $740. They are impossible to communicate with and they have the most annoying answering system. It takes one minute 30 seconds before you can even get to a choice.

My fiancé had an appointment booked months in advance for a Saturday and received a confirmation email a few days before. He drives out to the location and the place is closed, nobody is there, even though the website and google hours so they are open Saturdays. He leaves a message. 3 weeks later, still no call back. Trash place.

I got a hell of a deal on great dentures! $850...and my Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem paid for them 100%!

I recently had my husband’s and my dental work done there, they recommended I apply for care credit to help me pay my out of pocket. I applied and was approved for care credit, I then gave my husband our card to pay his bill. He was then told he could not pay less than $200 on care credit, I figured he spoke to someone new and was misinformed. 10 out of ten. I will NEVER use another dentist again! in one visit they solved what my town dentists have taken almost two years to do! I called my local Bangor Aspen dental they hooked me up with a appointment within the hour and my broken tooth was removed like CAKE! staff was amazing and really nice. very professional 👌
