I never write reviews, but I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist here. Everyone made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, and while I waited I was able to witness the exceptional care they provided to others, as well. I felt more than comfortable with my hygienist, who spent time getting to know me on a personal and professional level. It made me feel at ease since I was visiting Aspen for the first time. They were incredibly nice and worked with me to get what I needed without sales pressure. They listened when I explained my circumstances. The business office person was amazing working around my "etched in stone" medical (cancer)appointments, to get me my dentures. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend A D for your dental needs.
Everyone was very friendly, professional and put me at ease. I was given two options which were explained and prices given upfront so I know what to expect. Extremely happy with my visit! Shout out to Dr Song, Cody and Melissa for a job well done!
I had a cleaning appointment with Megan yesterday, wanted to say that not only being friendly and informative, she also listened to my trepidation of being at a hygienist /dentist office and understood it was real to me. She was kind, caring and as gentle as she could be with my cleaning. Also when I was checking out with Lisa afterwards she helped me with my insurance etc. Very polite and caring and made me feel like a person not just a patient. The lady who cleaned my teeth today has such a wonderful spirit such an awesome person so kind. She did such a great job cleaning my teeth and I gave her a hug every now then I come across a spirit like hers and it was a wonderful experience thank you so much. I asked if I could have her again next time she doesn’t really know I’ll just pray that I can. ..
