This was my first visit to a dentist in decades because of a previous horrific dental experience. This was the only dentist office in the Bartlesville area that would sit down and talk with me. They explained that they could make me very comfortable, which they did. I had all my teeth removed and full dentures put in. The follow up has been excellent and Dr .Hiatt and the entire office staff has treated me with respect and friendliness. worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office. They opened a credit card in our name without our consent and then would not help us resolve the issue. They were extremely unprofessional and rude about the whole situation.
