I just had 4 teeth taken out by Dr Dewolde and his assistant. It went perfect in removing the teeth and a screw tooth without pain. This day turned out better than I thought it would. What a great office. This Dentist is amazing not only does he pull my teeth without pain, he's called me every day to check up on me since I had them pulled. l wouldn't walk I'd run to this office!
Great place with very friendly staff! Everyone there was extremely professional and helpful! On top of the professionalism they also try and connect with you as human being and don't judge you. Overall would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you all! (I will say the only issue I had was when I called to make the appointment the call center told me they accepted my insurance. I definitely would NEVER recommend this place at all. I have really good dental insurance and they decided to tell me I had to pay out of pocket for my X-rays they never wanted to go through my insurance. The doctor told me I had to pay out of pocket for my wisdom teeth to be pulled because they never wanted to contact my insurance once again. I went to a different dentist and they told me my wisdom teeth were perfectly fine and that my insurance would pay for it all. Such a waste of money and such a rip off.
Got me in very fast for a broken tooth consult and a cleaning. Able to get a partial the same day as the extraction and a "permanent" partial by the 5 to 6 month mark. Kate was awesome helping me set up financing through Care Credit! Everyone was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Batavia. They covered all the bases on day one!
I was highly impressed with everyone at this office! Carli gave me the heads up that she was new there but she seems very comfortable! I let them know i had past trauma experiences with dentists and she made sure to ask if I was OK and let me know each step she was going to do before doing it. Again, im highly impressed!
