I called in the morning with an emergency. They worked me in, stayed after their regular hours, explained the process to me fully. It was a double implant following some very old dental work that had failed. They can do everything at the location I went to. My oral surgeon was excellent and efficient. He called on me that evening. Honestly, I felt I had very personalized service.

While I wasn’t 100 percent satisfied with the waiting time in the waiting room, I really enjoyed the interactions with the staff. Justin was very professional and answered all my questions as he did my xrays. Alissa performed a scan of my teeth to give a 3D model of my teeth so I could see all of my teeth. Really amazing stuff! The dentist, Dr. Hirsowitz is a pretty cool guy, loves fantasy football and he took time to answer all of my questions.
