RecommendedKayla, Ashley, and Dr. P are the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in a medical facility. They made sure I knew what was happening and what they were doing every step of the way and they saved my tooth from needing to be pulled. I’d give this place a million stars if I could.
Awesome staff! Conversation & laughter to make what would normally be a stressful experience at the dentist a great one.
10/10 top of the line professionals throughout. Would highly reccomend them, see to personal needs and treat the patients very well.

I wish there were a way to rate staff because for Amanda she would get 5 stars! Kayla, the Dental Hygienist, was also an all-star and Joleen was overall kind and courteous. ASPEN, you have three employees that you need to display as champions in providing excellent customer service. You almost lost me given the circumstances at the Dunkirk ASPEN clinic. Every person on staff from receptionist to Office manager, asst Office Manager, X-Ray Tech. and Dentist was very friendly, professional; explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. Follow up on E-mail and reminder of appointments is helpful. Equipment appeared to be state of the art. Newer than my last Dentist's.

The doctor and staff were excellent. There was no pain. They were so nice and explained everything in great detail. A tooth extraction among other things was great. I now will work with all my dental needs at Aspen dental. THANK YOU.
