4 wisdom teeth removed\n-didn't give me any notes for pre surgery (ie. don't eat)\n-not great bedside manner in terms of putting me at ease or even telling me that they were now going to sedate me. Just did it.\n-rushed me right out afterwards so my husband found me asleep against the wall.\n-had hard recovery & didn't feel prepared for that\n-no follow up appt

The dentist pretended to give me the 5th novacaine shot. I wondered what he was doing. Then he refused to try and pull my tooth and said my problem was mental. I have an infection in a crumbling molar. The pain is terrible. I'm going to a real dentist with empathy tomorrow.
Gail was awesome! I appreciated the text reminder! Although, I was not aware until after the cleaning, when my bill was presented, that it was out of pocket and It was not covered under my dental insurance. This is the first cleaning I have ever paid out of pocket. If I was notified by Aspen that I could wait two weeks to get a free cleaning paid for by my insurance, I would have waited,...
In May I decided to get an upper plate. I had a lot of broken and cracked teeth. Dr Saleem did a wonderful job! I have had to have a few adjustments but I am extremely happy with my new teeth. The staff at Aspen Dental are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.
