The first couple of appointments were ok and things went as planned. Since then things haven't gone well, at all. They are unable to keep scheduled appointments. Of my last 4 they have canceled 3 times and I was given1 and 2 days notice. Then I'm told they can get me on the next week in the middle of the day. That doesnt work with my work schedule or the 2 weeks notice I have to give to alter my schedule. Dr Brain is awesome. It's too bad he works there though. I was quoted for a crown and when I actually went in for the appt they wanted to charge me another $1500. I asked to speak to the office manager because I had questions, she refused to speak to me. I was in the office for over 2 hours and she was "too busy" to talk with me. I left being told she would call me within 2 days. No call. Was back in office today for another appt. When I asked to speak to her, I was told she had a few minutes avail right then. They were great at getting me right in to find out what my problem was at 4pm on a Thursday, I was told someone would call me Friday but to no avail which I realize now that they were waiting on my insurance. They did call me on Monday and was able to schedule an extraction for Tuesday and I can not express how much I was impressed with Dr. Waldman and her assistant. She listens to her patients and double checks everything! The whole staff are great! I recommend!
I’m from Alabama and came to NY for a wedding. I broke a front tooth off my top denture implant. I called the local Aspen to see if they could help me. They repaired my denture and got me to the afternoon wedding in plenty of time. They were very understanding and kind…a great experience!!!!!
Great experience!!! I had a broken tooth and they were able to get me in and take care of everything. Was scheduled in a short amount of time to get the remaining work completed. Would 10/10 recommend them. The Canandaigua office was amazing and the staff in there were top notch and can’t say enough good things about them.
