Honestly, one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I initially sought out a different dentist because my prior dentist still used equipment from the Stone Age, and i figured technology has improved enough to have higher standards with new dentistry. This place utilized high tech x-rays that weren’t as uncomfortable, then allowed you to see the X-rays taken, then further explained what they saw. Dr. Ramirez is the best, she really cares and listens! These past 2 years I noticed changes in my teeth and kept delaying or pushing it off. When I finally decided to make the appointment, I was extremely nervous about what the treatment would be. I appreciated her kindness, attentiveness, and lack of judgement. The staff were great! They definitely calmed my nerves. The hygienist was also very helpful. She has me on a better path and is incredibly thorough with her treatments, which I really appreciate.
The team was great; had a tooth extracted today. I was attended to right on time with my appointment. I was made comfortable and was properly anesthetized; I didn’t even feel the tooth getting pulled. Both my doctor and assistant were professional and thorough. Would recommend this office to anyone.
Excellent experience, Dr Kristen Ramirez is wonderful. I had a loose crown while visiting Chicago, was able to get an emergency visit, booking online, within 12 hours. Affordable pricing, great staff, high degree of professionalism, facility clean and well kept.
Everyone in the office is so friendly. The office is clean and modern. The equipments are technically advance. Building 3D model in real time. The issues and treatment plan are explained patiently in detail. Making appointment is easy, either online or by call.
