Had a great experience at aspen dental! The space is big, clean and the staff made me feel very comfortable and they were friendly! I felt taken care of and pricing was straight forward. I was told my last dentist I needed to have a root canal procedure, and I went here to get a second opinion. Turns out I just needed a filling. Can't wait to come back!
Dr Kristen Ramirez and the staff at Aspen are excellent!! I was visiting from out of town, and had a loose crown after dining at a fine Chicago restaurant . I was able to make an appointment online for early the very next morning. Check-in is easy, fees are reasonable, the care was expedited and the result perfect. Thank you, Dr Ramirez! You are the bomb!!

I had an exam and then Cleaning the staff was amazing. The dentist (Dr R) was very friendly and explained everything. They also had high-tech equipment that made a 3-D image of my mouth. I would highly recommend them. It was nice that they opened at 7 AM also!

Terrific experience at aspen in Fulton market. They are brand new to the area so I was hesitant and am always a bit nervous about a new dentist - but everyone the entire appointment made me feel so comfortable. Such terrific customer service from the check in to the hygienist and dentist! I didn't feel pressured into anything or like they made up any concerns (which has happened to me in the past). Cannot recommend enough!

Worst Customer Service Ever call 4 times in the week an ask the same question over and over once I got there call again and said the appointment was about payment arrangements What payment Arrangement I was never since I would never recommend them to anyone

I'm sorry to say I had a horrible experience at Aspen Dental. I was getting upper implants and ended up with one missing implant and one that is sticking out of the roof of my mouth. I was told scans etc. were taken to ensure the right sizes were correct. That didn't happen. The other one wasn't placed correctly and now has to be taken out. On my post-op visit the dentist never looked in my mouth! The next 2 week visit is when the dentist took out the front right implant. It was never explained why so I had to ask. The answ... read more

I went online to schedule a cleaning and check up with Aspen Dental as a new patient. When I arrived, they said I would be receiving a new patient exam. I asked, "And a cleaning?" and they said, "No, that would be a separate appointment." I said, "I've never heard of an exam and a cleaning being two separate appointments at a dentist's office and didn't see any mention of that on your website." Christy, we apologize for any misunderstanding. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment on the same day, but it’s not always possible.
BEWARE! This is such a shady practice going on here. There's a strong business model to drive revenues. I walked in, and it was such a welcoming, beautiful environment--nice, warm, and charismatic employees. But then I was given a dental exam, and the dental hygienist was calling out all these 3s and 4s, which was unsettling. Still, I trusted her.
