Went here for the 1st time on Monday. Upon entering I was greeted very warmly by multiple staff. EVERYBODY in there was incredibly nice and professional. I was there for an initial exam and asked about a cleaning. They were able to accommodate me and fit me in to save me another trip back. I have been to many Dentists through the years and this was hands down, the overall best experience. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this office.
Love the service. Shani Nix was awesome and talked me through everything. Had a great experience. The Doctor was awesome too, just can't remember her name. I was nervous and they did a great job relaxing me and giving plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
I think I was overcharged . There was a bill generated, I asked for an itemization and there was a lot of duplicate charges. It was hard to understand and read. I feel the charges were exaggerated since insurance was used . I ended up having to pay almost exactly what the insurance covered. I haven’t had anything done yet, but X-rays , and an exam. I’m not sure if I’m going to follow through or not. I just feel I was over charged severely. 🤷♀️
I found Aspen Dental through searching google. The navigation in their website app was extremely easy. At like 1 in the morning I was able to find the right location and schedule an appointment immediately. It was so easy I didn’t think it was a real option. Not only are they affordable, i started this process for emergency dental work, but after meeting the staff and experiencing their services, I plan to make this a relationship as a patient and continue my dental health happiness!!!
I am a new patient here! I just had my first appointment and scheduling for a root canal. I loved and truly appreciated the kindness I experienced, as well as the personability. It is nice to have this confident feeling before my first ever dental procedure. Thank you greatly to Brittney, Shani, and Dr. A ! I am happy to have found a new dentist.
