Money grab!!!!! Stay away they told me I had “ deep rooted cavities” in all of my teeth which is not true. I called my regular dentist after and she said I only had the one ( aspen dentist) pulled out today No bedside manner - dentist was rude as anything not even sure he was a licensed professional did not explain aftercare nor meds I had to find out from the pharmacy when they called me saying my medication was ready. Can’t even tell you his name because he didn’t even introduce himself.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Roumiana Tzvetkova at Aspen Dental Deer Park! From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. I had a really disappointing experience here. It took me a while to decide to write this review because I truly don’t like writing these things, but I felt like my voice needed to be heard. I scheduled what I thought would be a regular cleaning for the 2nd of July, but when I showed up, they told me the first appointment was just for X-rays- something no one mentioned to me ahead of time. I visited Aspen dental today, My experience was very satisfying. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my dental and made me feel comfortable and at ease. They set me up with a treatment plan to address my needs. Thanks
From my minute, I walked in the door, I was greeted by Erica with a big beautiful smile. Then when I met my doctor Patel, he was so gentle and very knowledgeable and came up with a great plan for me if I could give this 100 stars I would. Very pleased.
