I'm rob. My dentures had broken when I fell in my house a couple weeks ago so I came into this office to get them fixed and might I say, I had the best experience with the young woman taking care of me. Her name was April, she had the best attitude and made my time so much better. Keep up the good work

They are very nice and professional but both the dentist and hygienist I had seemed inexperienced. I had a cleaning and a filling done there and neither were as good of an experience as I've had at other places. I'm not planning on returning.

I had broken one of my front teeth and had to have a Bridge and a couple of other things fixed. I was given the treatment plan, which was over $7000. I was encouraged by the Operations Manger to get a CareCredit account and go into debt to cover some of the cost on it. Which I did. My part was $4777. When all was said and done, The Operations Manager had calculated what appears to be out of network prices instead of in network, which my insurance was. My advice to you is stay away from this practice! The further the better! If I could give them zero stars I would! I spent over 3 hours in this office, and left with a financial plan for implants. This was an emergency visit for a cracked tooth, that has a popcorn kernal wedged in it. They are driven by money and my ability to get a loan. Don't go to them if you are expecting any sort of relief! The x-ray tech kept stepping out of my x-rays to "clean". I went in to set up new care with my husband; I have dental insurance for us through my job and it was time for my yearly cleaning; my husband hadn't been to a dentist in years. The office was short-staffed that day, but no one called to let us know and we waited for over an hour to be seen. This was a work day for me so I had to take time off for the appointment, and we lived an hour from the office, so to tack on another hour unnecessarily when we could have been given the option to reschedule was very inconvenient for us.... read more

Dentist removed half to tooth that had broken. I was told bone needed to be removed to get the roots. did the bone need to be left razor sharp and coming to a point? can't imagine I'll ever be able to chew using that side of my mouth without causing injury to what ever gum is able to grow over that jagged hole left in my skull. Butcher shop. Get your dental work done in Tijuana.

Dr. Brown was very uncaring. The topical numbing agent had worn off before she came back in to give me the shots. I told her and she stated I'm going to numb them now and proceeded to begin the injections. The instead of simply removing a bone spur from my gum she split my gum and began scraping the bone. She was very fake nice but it was obvious she didn't really care if I was in pain or not. There were no after care instructions given.
