I had an 11:15am appointment for my son here. We showed up just before 11 to check to in, that part went smooth. The appointment time came and went, at 11:35 two women came in and were turned away for being late. We were still sitting in the lobby with no communication at 12pm. If you require your clients to be exactly prompt, I expect you to be as well. We left and canceled the appointment. I would NOT recommend going here of your time is valuable to you.
First time patient. Made appointment for a tooth ache. All the ladies at Aspen Dental took very good care of me! Caring, smiling wonderful staff, treats you like family. Best all around experience at a dentist under the circumstances. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
I just started going to Aspen Dental and it's been terrific! They always check to make sure I have all the information before they begin and are so concerned about my pain level. They are friendly and very courteous!
Aspen Dental and their team were excellent and provided timely and professional dental work for me. They are friendly and treat you with the upmost care and respect. I had cracked my two front teeth and they performed fillings to repair them. They look amazing, I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
I felt very comfortable and content during my hygiene visit. It went smoothly, was painless, and I was pleased with my results. Hygienist Laura did an amazing job during my cleaning. Jenna checked me in at the front desk with a happy face and killer attitude. With Sam, the operations manager, we had great conversations and helped me with billing and it was a breeze. Very happy with the team!
