The experience was very simple and fast from scheduling to being seen. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. The tech that helped me I wish I knew her name. She took my X-rays. She's from Owensboro. She was very professional and informative. Dr. Kiefer was great! I know a lot of people do not like going to the dentist. Aspen Dental is a place I would highly recommend.

The office visit was wonderful but I was referred to an outside oral surgeon. Aspen dental's office printer was out of ink and they had to email the xrays to the oral surgeon. This process they said could take 10-14 business days. This is too long of a time to wait for someone who is in pain.
Jodi was my dental hygienist, she was very nice, gentle and overall very happy with her. I really think dr Kiefer is a good dentist too. Didn't offer unnecessary things to make the company more money. Overall very happy.

The staff was pleasant and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Even though, I haven't been to the dentist in years. The Dentist made me feel important and explaining to me that everything going to be fine.
Everyone from check-in to check-out was great. Every step was thoroughly explained to me. I went for an initial exam and consultation and ended up needing an unplanned tooth extraction due to an abscess. I was worked in immediately. I have had extractions before but this one was by far the easiest and pain free. Thank you. I received my treatment plan and cost breakdown so I know exactly what cost I am looking at per treatment. Grateful for payment options. Can't wait to get started on my new and healthy smile.
Everyone at Aspen dental was very nice and conversed with me throughout my visit. They made sure I understood the procedures they were doing and made sure I was aware of any costs involved. They didn't do first and talk price later which was great because I didn't receive a bunch of unnecessary work with costs I was later unaware of. Loved this place.
