I cannot express how amazing this dentist office is. They took EXCELLENT care of my husband. Tooth extractions aren’t always easy, but the doctor made it quick and practically painless. Their new patient exam with X-rays were beyond affordable, and the extraction cost as much as some other dentist wanted just for their initial exam visit! 10/10 stars!!
Nice office, friendly staff, dentist does a great job at really breaking everything down for you to understand. Nequoyah at the front desk was so helpful breaking down pricing with me! She compared prices at their office to what the pricing i printed from my insurance benefit package to ensure I am being charged adequately, which in this economy I can’t thank her enough for taking the time out to do.
The entire staff is very, very, kind. I appreciate the professionalism. I felt very confident in their work. I was getting a tooth extracted and they comforted me like I was a big baby (I was). Bailey-Ann, Dr. Cheva, Ms. Nequoah, Mrs. Tera, Mr. Brent, Dr. Linda, I apologize if I didn’t catch all names. The comfort and kind words from the staff. I can go on and on. Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental and I'll have to say that it was an awesome experience. The check-in was simple, the receptionist was very patient, professional, and courteous. Staff were able to call me to the exam room pretty quickly and the tech began her process. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the process and did a good job keeping me in the loop of what was going on. I have been in contact with this Unprofessional, Incompetent People in this Forney, TX office. I paid a $3,000 advanced payment for services for my son, after 2 services he refused to go back, I called and advised he will continue the additional services and asked how much credit was available, I was told $500 and something. I advised after I complete chemotherapy and radiation, I would transfer the amount for dental work that I need.
