This is only for Amber Amber is very kind, she really made sure that I did not feel pain during my treatment, she is very kind and professional in her work. very kind, she really made sure that I did not feel pain during my visit. She made me feel very comfortable during my visit. On the other hand the front desk is bad, horrible customer service, also got my treatment for the same reason of the other reviews I had it done. But definitely not going back, they are quoting all the patients with the same diagnosis
Very kind. My son is afraid of dentist, even at 16, they made him feel comfortable and at ease. The dental plan was not pushed ani didn’t feel rushed and they even gave me options for payment as a self pay patient.
Literally the most educational dental experience I’ve ever had in my adult life. I was getting routine checkups every 6mths with the same dentist office for 8 years and they never told me the things I learned today at Aspen. They made sure I completely and fully understood my situation, my dental plan, my payment options, my insurance contributions. Everything, front cover to back. I was excited to get deep cleanings. Note: I only gave it a one star because of how friendly everyone was. I scheduled my routine cleaning appt with this office, had my X-rays done and then the hygienist/dentist told me that I had gingivitis and needed some gingivitis therapy to reverse it. Mind you, I had my last routine check up about 6 months ago and my previous dentist didn't mention anything about inflamed gums AT ALL. My daughter had a dental emergency and I called to see if she could be seen. They were able to get her in same day. When we arrived, the check-in process was fast and smooth. I think we waited maybe 10 mins before we were seen. Everything was explained thoroughly. The entire visit was maybe a little bit over an hour.
