My first time going to Aspen Dental and it was a very good experience. The office waiting area was clean and comfortable. The office staff were pleasant and kind. The tech who took my X-rays , Amber was very nice and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. The hygienist ( I forgot her name ) was good at explaining what she was going to do and explained the results to me. I had such a fantastic visit! Every staff member was super friendly and provided wonderful customer service. Amber, the assistant, really put me at ease and made sure I felt comfortable despite my worries. And Nequoyal, the DL in the office, was incredibly helpful and gave me great information about the best billing options to consider. Overall, it was a great experience!
After a few years not being comfortable visiting a dentist I was very pleased with my experience at Aspen. The staff was professional, pleasant, kind, and took the time to really explain their findings as well as the recommended treatment plan. I felt very at ease with the staff and that their recommendations were justified, I would recommend this dentist, and will be visiting again to complete my treatment plan.

I cannot express how amazing this dentist office is. They took EXCELLENT care of my husband. Tooth extractions aren’t always easy, but the doctor made it quick and practically painless. Their new patient exam with X-rays were beyond affordable, and the extraction cost as much as some other dentist wanted just for their initial exam visit! 10/10 stars!!
