Dr. Harp (I think is his name) is such a great dentist. I hope he stays for the long run. He and the rest of team have been amazing to me. Everything is always explained in detail with whatever I am having done. Very grateful to him and the rest of the Fort Smith Aspen team.
I have had dental anxiety my whole life. I had bad experiences as a child and as an adult, I hate the dentist. However, Dr. Hayes is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He is very calming and informative. He makes the procedure as quick as possible with incredible quality. He really knows what he is doing. I am so sad this is his last week at Fort Smith! I had a tooth abscess and I was in a lot of pain. My wife called and made an appointment for me. I arrived 15 minutes early. Gave her my insurance information and waited. They called me to the desk, and told me they couldn’t get in touch with insurance. I told the receptionist that I’d pay cash, and she said ok. Then a minute later she tells me that they can’t do it and that they didn’t have time for an extraction. What a joke! I waited 20 minutes just to leave in the same pain I came in with. I went on their website to check on prices and it said it was affordable. Made an appointment. Very rude when doing x-rays. The dentist came in and told me I needed upper dentures. Told them I wanted to be sedated for the extractions. Talked with them about price and appointment. Told me it would be in September and my appointment was the first part of July. I just could not be more impressed with this office. They were very accommodating, polite, professional. The got me in same day to fix my cracked tooth. My cost after insurance was very reasonable. The hygienest gave great education and Dr. Hayes was fantastic. Lien was also amazing
