The only issue was communication issues…it was difficult to work through an automated system. When we finally reached a real person, it was great. The receptionist was very helpful and showed genuine concern. Dr Brett Shigley did a great job with a challenging wisdom teeth surgery! Thank you Aspen Dental! I had a very nice visit to Aspen Dental. It was a blessing to receive free X-rays and a full breakdown of my treatment plan, as well as a referral for services tailored to what I desired. I am coming back to edit this review after getting dental work done at another dentist. While I had a nice experience at Aspen, I never received my X Rays even after asking for them and the prices they charged were incredibly high. I have Never been as pleased and happy that I found Aspen Dental. I came in as an emergency. Friday evening,I broke my upper denture and cracked a front tooth off. I'm a waitress and had to take a day off. I was so embarrassed 😳. I went into Aspen Dental and was greeted by the Best staff Ever! They really had their act together. They SUCK! You go in for one thing they try to convince you you need more. Con artist told me they were only putting my card on file until I made a decision. Now I'm stuck paying $2400 for something I didn't want. They also don't have customer friend bedside manners especially when the customer is asking questions. Run! Reporting them to better business@
