The ladies at the Hagerstown office are absolutely amazing. I've never felt so welcomed in a doctors office setting before. They're knowledgeable but also fun and will joke and laugh and make you feel comfortable.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire Aspen Dental team. I needed an appointment sooner not later and they gave me one right away. The office staff as friendly and courteous. The doc was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me her frank analysis of my situation. I never thought I'd ever say I'm looking forward to my next visit, but I am. I'd give them 5 stars out of 5.
The new hygienist is great. She isn't abrasive to the point where I leave in pain but she's not too gentle to where I feel like my teeth aren't clean. The staff in general is very great and accommodating especially since I brought my newborn with me

Love the people! Very professional and the area is very convenient.
It didn't take long to get an appointment. The assistants were really nice and helped with calming me. The Dentist wasn't as personable but gave me recommendations and told me what procedures needed to be done. However given the 1400.00 estimate on having 3 wisdom teeth removed and a thorough cleaning I left with nothing being done.
I am an extremely busy person. I called to schedule an appt. for my permanent dentures, and making time out of my busy schedule, the young lady, she failed to identify herself, gave me the appt. When I get there, I was informed that I had to leave my dentures for 2 hours, which the lady failed to inform me over the phone. I hadn't planned for that and had to reschedule the appt. Needless to say, I was extremely upset for having wasted my time. I believe this is an area of opportunity for advanced training.
