Waited two in half hours for a 9:00 am appointment with no reason why they were late. They gave us reason why we had to wait so long it was u bearable and bad customer service sorry
I have insurance my normal dentist charges 225 for what was done they charged 267 and then sent a bill for over 600 dollars. The dentist cut my mouth and said I moved to much I was choking on blood . I would never go there again and would not recommend them
It was the worst dentist I ever went to. FirstI had to pay two hundred and eighty dollars out of pocket I have insurance which I normally would have paid two hundred and twenty five. The dentist cut my mouth and then said I moved I moved after he cut my mouth I the coking on blood. If that wasn't enough they sent me a bill for Six hundred and seventy dollars.
Severely overpriced and not accommodating for emergency procedures
I arrived on time to a full waiting room. Waited an hour to see anybody AFTER completing 5 pages of paperwork. Finally called in for X-rays. They were swift. I didn't like the up sell before I even saw a dentist. [Cancer screening (swish purple stuff in your mouth) for extra $70.] I might have done it if I saw a dentist first. Quick handshake, then gum probe by dentist, then handshake and done. No cavities. No issues. No cleaning. Come back another time. WTF? No one left in the waiting room.
