My first visit and it was awesome. Dr. Kim made me feel at ease and explained my treatment plan in detail and it was very easy to understand. Kayla help me with the financial aspect and she was awesome! She explained my opinions and I was very comfortable talking about my finances with her. The whole group is fantastic and I recommend Aspen Dental 110 percent to anyone!
Had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Hamden. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kayla went over my treatment plan and was a pleasure to work with she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Every question answered with an understanding and empathetic attitude. Kayla and Dr. Kim were great. As were all the other members of staff I met. Definitely 5 stars.
This place is awful they lied to me about what services that were done . Told me it would only cost one prices then submitted more then what I was told. When I received my bill, I called them and they told me it was an error they would correct it .. They never called me back. then the accounting department has been harassing me to pay a bill that I was told was wrong and they would correct it . So I called for the 4th time and found out they never documented any of my calls about how they were going to correct the error . N... read more
Very satisfy, and the way they welcome me in and attended to my questions and situation of my dentures and concerns. Very very professional, and the diagnostic they perform where they’re updated. Equipment was very helpful and let me to choose them to take care of my dentures. Highly recommend them to anyone Who’s seeking a professional and honest opinion.
