It's been a while since I've been to the dentist, but I am glad I chose Aspen Dental in Harrisonburg. The staff was friendly and didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long (something I feared about finally going to the dentist). They treated me with respect and empathy, without judgement. Best experience! Dr.V is so nice and informative. Kevin made my X-rays go by fast and everything was so quick and easy. I’m actually happy to come back for my fillings.
Very pleased that from reception, xray, exam, and scheduling every one was pleasant and human down to earth people. So tired of the corporate procedural doctrine strict adherence to policy, it was great to be able to be heard and work out a plan, rather than follow the policy to the letter.
this was my first dentist appointment ever and everyone was so nice and informative. they made sure i was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on because i have anxiety around dentistry. would definitely recommend.
Beware of the bait and switch! I went to get a new partial. I was told they need to extract three teeth and repair three teeth. That was fine. However, when I went for the second trial, I discovered they had no plan to repair the three teeth with cavities. AND...it appears the new partials have no back teeth. All for the cost of $6000. I would never recommend this place to anyone for these reasons.
