Very happy with the service. I am new to the area and last night found I needed a dentist right away as one of my crowns came off during dinner last night. I called the number on the site and they took me in first thing this morning. The service I received was really good. Starting from the greeting when I walked in to each of the assistants that helped during my visit including the Doctor. I would say every one was nice and very respectful except for the last person I spoke with. I am not sure if she was the manager or just the one that goes over the insurance and the final steps. RUDE RUDE RUDE. With her demeanor I could NEVER willingly give Aspen Dental any of my money. She did it for me. She needs more soft skills training in order to be in that position.
Needed an urgent crown and I was able to receive it from temp to the permanent within 2 weeks. Extremely happy with how it turned out as it looks natural and fits well! Will be coming back for my root canal and next crown. Also very friendly people that understand dental anxiety! Felt very safe!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Aspen dental removed my wisdom teeth over 4 years ago, but before doing so, demanded I pay the full price of my $2,000 removal before I could even book the appointment! My mother was also present for all appointments as I didn’t have a bank account and needed help paying for my removal. Now they are saying I never paid for my appointment and sent me to collections OVER 4 years later when YOUR office required me to pay before I could even book an appointment. Well, I got charged for some partials and at least they try to make them fit and feel better but after the last time I came in they are still hurting my gums. I just want to return them so I don’t have to pay for something that I’m not wearing so they can pay the finance Company back
