My husband and I have had great experiences at Aspen Dental. My husband's teeth are in great shape, and they pointed out where he was missing when brushing the first appointment, commented on how improved his cleaning was at the second. I have horrible teeth, crowns, fillings, constantly something wrong. They remarked on how great my crown work was, gave me good advice on improving my gum health, and fixed a broken filling quickly (which is important because I don't respond well to Novocaine and not at all to gas, so dental ... read more

One of the most pathetic experiences that I have had, first they provide an appointment and when you turn up on the appointment date they say you are not on their list for the day. Thorough unprofessionals and would not recommend their service to anyone. Please do not waste your time visiting them

Absolutely horrible!! I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I made an appointment for when I was done with classes for the summer. I had an appointment at the end of May. All through out the end of March until the beginning of May Aspen kept calling me asking me to change my appointment. I asked why and their response was the doctor didn't want to come in that day and wanted to do it on a day he was already there doing procedures. Warning! Don't go! I went to 3 dentists for evaluation with Aspen being the second I went to. They told me that I and my husband needed root canals, crown replacements because they are worn down, and a deep cleaning for my husband! The other dentists said that we only need general cleanings, no crown replacements because they don't show any wear at all and should last many years to come, and absolutely no root canals. Now Aspen has sent me a bill saying that I owe for root canals, crowns and incidentals including a prescript... read more
