I haven’t even been seen yet and already I don’t even want to go. Third time being rescheduled due to the dr having a procedure. That shouldn’t have to keep falling on me. I have issues with my teeth and I have to be seen as well. I’m sorry that his surgery will take longer than expected but what about me? The reschedules .. all the time .. what about ME as the patient ? Where is the concern and compassion for a patient you have yet to see, has a lot of dental work that need to be done. I hadn’t been to a dentist since high school - college, mental health issues, moving, babies, life just got in the way - nobody there made me feel badly about it, they were all kind and calming and reassuring. The dental hygienist was just the best! Scheduling was easy, payment was affordable; looking forward to my next visit!

Had a tooth pulled on a Thurs., call about another appt. I had on Monday telling them how it still hurt really bad so I did not want any more work done on my mouth that day. They did not ask If I still wanted to keep appt. to have it looked at or if there was anything thing I thought they could could do. It got worse so I called back again on Wed. to let them know it was not getting better and wanted them to look at it, as I felt it was infected. The staff is amazing, kind, punctual, and pleasant; however, I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t get a cleaning, since they are booked out for a year. I was told they are trying to get more staff, so I pray this speeds things up, but I’m kind of stuck based on my insurance, not every dentist accepts our plan.

My daughter had a crown removed from a tooth that was crowned when she was 6 yrs old. she's 19 now.... it was like a chain growing into a tree over the years. Big tooth,little crown, a little decay= root canal.It went pretty smooth,the dr. was awesome...Pretty painless...not pleasant, but totally doable,with minimal pain. Thank you Aspen dental, My daughter was expecting something terrible, But it was pretty good..
