Super quick visit—just handled the one tooth for now. Planning to get it pulled soon. Everything was super clean and smooth, and they explained everything clearly. The price is somewhat manageable, especially since they don’t take my insurance
Very disappointed, went in about 8:20 am - Sept 29th told the girl I broke my back tooth and that it needed to be pulled and I would need a whole bottom Dentures, she said "The earliest we can fit you in to be seen is 2 1/2 weeks, guess who walked out? No walk-ins & no emergencies I called Wareham Aspen Dental and they saw me that same day, hard exrays and having my bottom teeth pulled and will be fitted for dentures in a little over a week, don't waste your time or money in Hyannis go a little further and get what you need ... read more
I came in for a routine cleaning appointment, but instead of receiving the cleaning I was scheduled for, they took unnecessary photos and told me I would need to come back another time. When I asked why the cleaning wasn’t done, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. They seemed irritated that I stated upfront I already have a trusted dentist for restorative work like crowns and was only here for a cleaning. I had a wonderful experience this morning when I went to Aspen dental to have my temporary crown put back on my tooth. I am an out-of-state person so I don’t have a dentist here. The receptionist was very kind and courteous the technical person that took me in the back was very kind and polite Very professional. The doctor came in and within 45 minutes I was in and out of Aspen and very, very pleased. I can’t say enough of the courtesy and kindness. This group of people acted in a very, very professional way
