The office went better than I expected. They listen to all my concerns and they are super nice and not judgemental. I don’t like the dentist and haven’t been in a while and went in because my teeth hurt and expected to have a new smile so I can continue with my career path. I went to Aspen Dental as an emergency appointment. Although the wait time was a little longer than expected (due to the hours of operations and patients they were seeing for the day) my experience was exceptional. The staff was very patient, accommodating and explained everything fully. As we all know insurance can be a little tricky with what services and procedures are covered and out of pocket expenses is something everyone dreads. Everyone was great except I felt a little uncomfortable cause the dental assistant that was taking care of me and another assistant was walking by whispering then look at me with a fake smile it was obvious they was discussing me cause why walk by look the in room multiple times But overall the experience was great and the dental assistant I had she was wonderful she explained everything to me as well as the doctor he was excellent he told me everything i needed to know and was straight forward with it and I loved that. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Period. Love this place and it’s every person you meet from the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about you and they care about each other. I want to work here and I don’t know anything about teeth except how to brush, bite and chew. Yes. Food. Get your mind right. Geez.
I had such a great experience here. The staff is incredibly helpful, making everything so easy. The doctor is excellent, and the entire office is top-notch. Highly recommend!
