I visited Aspen Dental on Tuesday, August 6, for an emergency appointment for my father, who is undergoing treatment for oral cancer. He had an infection related to his molars. The negative reviews about this place are entirely accurate. The outward appearance of friendliness and professionalism is misleading. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured over the phone that they accepted his insurance. The most pleasant experience. As a person who is afraid of going to the dentist Dr. Jaeger was very compassionate and gental. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Staff was very pleasant and explained my dental needs and costs. I look forward to my new smile
I went to Aspen Dental because my filling came out, and it was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but they kept me waiting while they let in patients with 12:45 and 1:00 PM appointments before me. Finally, when they took me in, the dentist barely looked at my teeth and immediately claimed I needed a root canal.
