I had an amazing experience during my visit to your office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. During my regular 6 mo cleaning today hygienist made me choke on the polishing paste (grainy). It went down my throat and I couldn’t even swallow. I held up my hand for her to stop and had to sit up coughing. I stood up and choked out that I needed to rinse with water. I stood up towards the sink and had to reach for my own cup. Friendly staff, very thorough explanation of my options regarding my dental issue. However, I felt that the dentist pressured to upsell an expensive procedure. I had with no immediate solution to my problem & was left to find specialist which was recommended for my needs.
Aspen Dental was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The xray Technician took the time to explain things to me and was very patient in answering my questions, the hygienist as well as the dentist were both very professional and took the time to explain everything. Their assistants were very professional and courteous as well. The place is full of positivity and vibrancy. I Highly Recommend you go for a visit and see for yourself.
Great first impression!! Had a denture consultation this morning and my positive experience started when I called to schedule. Everyone along the way has been very pleasant and knowledgeable!!
