Friendly staff. Dr Austin was awesome. Front desk and billing also awesome. Our puppy hid the little women's teeth so we had to have new dentures made. Hard to believe but all new teeth in a week Totally awesome folks to work with. As with any fine professionals and there is new staff and trainees Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire staff has been. They have made me smile in more than 1 way. Got dentures after having to have all my teeth removed and they have done everything they can to make it an amazing experience. Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend Dr Austin and this office. They truly are amazing and I am one who gets anxiety with dentists due to past horrible experiences.
Very professional and knowledgeable people. Great atmosphere!! Wish I would have known about them 15 years ago. Definitely go above and beyond to help you with any problems that might arise. This was my first visit to Aspen dental. I have heard of them for years and decided to check it out. I was very impressed! Everything seemed nice and clean. The girl that took my x-rays was super sweet, great at explaining the process and just had a nice calming presence which I really needed. The dentist seems Amazing! He was also very nice and went over everything in detail. I came in with a bad tooth infection so I had to hold off on treatment until it was under control. Wowwwwww, just wowwwww. I don't even know where to begin. Yesterday 9/23/2025 I went in to get 15 teeth pulled, 4 implants on the top and went home with a new me, a new smile and my temps. From day one of walking into Aspen I felt trust and was so confident with the work that had to be done. Dr. Austin is amazing. Magic man. I trusted him completely and he never let me down.
