The service was awesome. The doctors nurses and staff was awesome. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I meet. This will be my dental provider for the rest of my life. I have always been scared to death of going to the dentist. Not any more. Fantastic experience.

Difficulty in making sure my AETNA Coventry Delta Dental was accepted by Lake Wales as well as at other Aspen offices. I had to call other offices. Delta dental said it was accepted by Aspen offices but Aspen billing personnel mentioned when Aspen tried to send it in Delta rejected or made client pay more than was in the contract. Very confusing and VERY time consuming for me. Needs to be corrected ASAP for other clients also. I used my Cigna dental plan.
U guys are unbelievably GOOD !! First time everybody VERY competent . Very nice and quick. Took me on time (unheard of ) and did not break the bank. Have other work to be done and will most definitely use AD. Thank you thank you thank you
