I never had to go twice to have a filling replace.(once for them to see what has to be done and then return to complete the work) And I made the appointment, why do I have to get e-mail to confirm, and a text? Plus Your prices are outrageous too. They told its $225 but you have a coupon which makes it $158, and they wouldn't give me 10% for being a senior too? Not a Happy Camper!
They charge for services that were not done and they did services that were not asked for.
My original schedule was for a cleaning and that didn't happen. Now I went to schedule it and there are no appointments for over a month
First they didn't seem why I was there. I've been going there since they opened, then they charged me for something that was supposed to be free. I was not happy. My husband went in and straighten it out. That was the first time I was upset. Vivian.
Waited 30 minutes for xray macine to be available, appt aws for xrays and evaluation only.
